Preliminary preparations for installation of wooden sound-absorbing panels

The following is the preparatory work for the installation of wooden sound-absorbing panels:

The structural walls must be pre-construction processed in accordance with the building specifications, and the arrangement of the keel must be compatible with the arrangement of the sound-absorbing panels. The wood keel spacing should be less than 300mm, and the light steel keel spacing should not be greater than 400mm. The installation of the keel should be perpendicular to the length of the sound-absorbing board.

The distance from the surface of the wooden keel to the base is generally 50mm according to the specific requirements; the flatness and perpendicularity error of the edge of the wooden keel should not be greater than 0.5mm. If fillers are needed in the gap between the keels, they should be installed and treated in advance according to the design requirements, and the installation of the sound-absorbing panels should not be affected.

Preliminary preparations for installation of wooden sound-absorbing panels

Fixing of wooden sound-absorbing board keel:

The walls covered by wooden sound-absorbing panels must be installed with keels according to the requirements of the design drawings or construction drawings, and the keels must be leveled. The surface of the keel should be flat, smooth, free of rust and deformation.

Installation of wooden sound-absorbing panels:

The installation sequence of wooden sound-absorbing panels follows the principle of left to right and bottom to top. When the sound-absorbing board is installed horizontally, the notch is upward; when it is installed vertically, the notch is on the right side. Some solid wood sound-absorbing panels have requirements for patterns, and each facade should be installed from small to large according to the number pre-programmed on the sound-absorbing panels.

Installation of wooden sound-absorbing panels (at the corners):

The inner corners (internal corners) are densely patched or fixed with 588 lines; the outer corners (external corners) are densely patched or fixed with 588 lines.

Reminder: The color difference of the wooden sound-absorbing board with solid wood veneer is a natural phenomenon. There may be a color difference between the paint finish of the wooden sound-absorbing panel and the manual paint of other parts of the installation site. In order to keep the paint color consistent, it is recommended to adjust the color of the hand-made paint in other parts of the installation site after the installation of the wooden sound-absorbing panel according to the color of the prefabricated paint of the wooden sound-absorbing panel .

Maintenance and cleaning of wooden sound-absorbing panels:

1. Dust and dirt on the surface of the wooden sound-absorbing panel can be cleaned up with a rag or vacuum cleaner. Please be careful not to damage the structure of the sound-absorbing panel when cleaning.

2. Use a slightly damp cloth or a sponge wrung out to wipe off the dirt and attachments on the surface. After wiping, the moisture left on the surface of the sound-absorbing panel should be wiped off.

3. If the sound-absorbing panel is soaked in air-conditioning condensate or other leaking water, it must be replaced in time to avoid more losses.
