In the evening of February 22, 2022,“the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on Comprehensively Promoting the Key Work of Rural Revitalization in 2022” were released, which is the No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee.
In terms of healthcare, the No.1 document lays out priorities for 2022 and also sets priorities for IVD.
The No.1 document proposes to further promote the construction of a compact county medical and health community, implement the payment of medical insurance according to the total amount, strengthen supervision and assessment, and realize the retention of surplus and reasonable sharing of overexpenditure.
Delimit key point, tighten county medical community construction.
Through the construction of a compact medical community, the county medical and health service system will be further improved, the efficiency of the allocation and use of medical and health resources in the county will be improved, the capacity of community-level medical and health services will be accelerated, and a new order of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, rational diagnosis and orderly treatment will be promoted.
That is to say, the country takes county medical treatment as the core of construction, and standardizes the management of lower-level township and village medical units with county as the center.
